Lord make us one is the cry in Christendom, The Son of men called Jesus prayed: “. That they be one…” Preachers preach that, everywhere now days, some with very good intentions are trying to put together peoples from different denominations and they do “praise The Lord” but, they are one but for a moment when in praising attitude, but after that, everyone holds firm to what is their denominational preference.

That Christendom is divided there is not doubt about it, and the divisions are because different beliefs of redemptive Scriptures, as simple as that.

All that started when the original Salvation Message was changed, The Apostle Paul wrote “For with the heart, man beliebeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.” Believing with the heart and confessing unto salvation always was in apostolic days, the act of a sinner Jew or Gentile coming to the LORD (as I mentioned before) “Whosoever shall call on the Name of The LORD shall be saved.” Also this is written “Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name under heaven given among man, whereby we must be saved. And this: “Unto the Church of God… to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with ALL THAT IN EVERY PLACE CALL UPON THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.” This is not sarcasm but plain reality that it took over 200 years A.D. After the death of the Apostles after various inventions to invent the phraseology to take the place of “calling on the Name of the LORD for salvation”.

Was with that change, the light of redemption that streamed from the cross eclipsed? I am persuaded to believe that it did, in the light of the Scriptures mentioned above; …there is no other Name for salvation but they give the world other name because they were in power and have the Emperor’s authority to do it. So what light their cross could give after they rejected the Name of Him who had say “…I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD…” That is when spiritual malady invaded Christendom, the pure waters became muddy, they spoke of the cross and of the blood of the Savior, and in their cathedrals big crosses were erected upon the top of the building; and crosses hanging on their necks was invented, even so, many centuries latter, they, the waters that is, began to run a little more clean around the years 1520 + and the preaching of justification by faith became their way of salvation. Save by faith ALONE! That sounded good, but it was not the original message; it was the reason that years latter a new denomination was born even so there were some already, the new belief was SAVED BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH it sounded very good, yet other denominations came to existence, of course believing somewhat different; from there to our time, is that some evangelists began to make their altar calls choosing the Salvation Scriptures to fit their own denominational preference of which I have three samples at hand, one well know prosperity evangelist uses nine Scriptures as the way of salvation, a writer of a Salvation tract uses ten Scriptures entirely different and another well know evangelist uses only three in what he offers to his readers as a salvation prayer, and some are told to pray the sinners prayer; or to repeat after the soul winner. I remember very well the days when prayer to the Lord Jesus was a NO! NO! but now days some radio and TV. Evangelists are praying to the Lord Jesus but why? Since in the past they preached that prayer should be done ONLY to The Heavenly Father in the name of his dear Son who is the Mediator between God and man. But why preachers trying in winning souls to be saved are devising their most beautiful ways of salvation even in praying leading to a prospect for salvation quoting Scriptures from here. there and anywhere. Is it DIVINE WISDOM? Was it DIVINE WISDOM that day, when they rejected the Name of The Lord and substituted it for His titles to call upon them? (search it out in Church History)

The Apostle Paul wrote saying to a group of believers “…the things that I say to you I say to all churches…” and in 36 verses he mentioned 16 times the word WISDOM, from 1^st. Cor.1: 17 to 2: +: “For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with WISDOM of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.” “…I will (God) destroy the WISDOM of the wise…” “ hath not God made foolish the WISDOM of the world?” “ For after that in the WISDOM of God the world by WISDOM knew not God…” “ For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after WISDOM.” “ But unto then which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the WISDOM of God.” “ But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us WISDOM…” “ And I, brethren, …came not to you with Excellency of speech, or of WISDOM…” “…and my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s WISDOM…” “ That your faith should not stand in the WISDOM of man…” “ Howbeit, we speak WISDOM…yet not the WISDOM of the world…But we speak the WISDOM of God in a mystery, even the hidden WISDOM..” “. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s WISDOM teacheth…” Man’s wisdom now days preach, that dogs will be caught up together with their masters at the coming of the Lord. (man’s wisdom can do that and worse; some popular so called columns of Christendom believed!)

Friend, no humanistic mind can encompass the deepness of this teaching of the Apostle Paul, no mere human intellect can embrace the magnificence of the glory of these teachings, the natural mind

is not capable to see the deep things of God “…neither can he know them…” and there it happened that mere humanistic minds worked hard to make the change of the Name of The LORD, for His Titles: Father, Son and Holy Ghost; and even so they mentioned the Holy Ghost as the Third Person in the Godhead, they didn’t received Him, saying that the “...sign…” of speaking with tongues was not necessary and told their converts: “you have the Spirit, since you receive Jesus.” How about that! (that was long before the Protestant groups existed).

That, was dwelling in confusion double confounded, It is a Bible quotation, (check it out). Why this confusion? Simply put: “Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, AND THE PREACHING OF JESUS CHRIST, ACCORDING TO THE REVELATION OF THE MYSTERY…,” “ THE MYSTERY OF GOD, AND OF THE FATHER, AND OF CHRIST; IN WHOM ARE HID ALL THE TREASURES OF WISDOM…” remember what kind of WISDOM? WISDOM OF GOD IN MYSTERY EVEN THE HIDDEN WISDOM. Multitudes have made professions of faith of all kind of sorts on the grounds of man’s WISDOM; they got converted for salvation and sincerely even prayed for the first time to some of the members of the Godhead or asked in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, (a prayer like that(?) and seldom do some acknowledged THE L0RD JESUS AS THE “…LORD OF ALL,,” AND “…THE LORD ABOVE ALL…” “ THE ONE GOD AND FATHER OF ALL WHO IS ABOVE ALL, AND THROUGH ALL, AND IN YOU ALL…” “… THE EVERLASTING FATHER…” “…a Child born, Everlasting Father…” what a revelation offered from HIM that made the earth by “…HIS POWER, and established the world by HIS WISDOM…” “ CHRIST, THE POWER AND WISDOM OF GOD.” “O THE DEPTH OF THE RICHES…WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE OF GOD. HOW UNSEARCHABLE ARE HIS (DOINGS)”… .G.M.
